I am residing in the above given address and I am a coolie by profession.My two daughters,namely Mythili aged 6 years and Madumitha aged 4 years are permanently bed ridden due to disability to move,blindness and deafness,consequent to a fever.

My elder daughter Mythili,while she was a L.K.G.Student, contracted a fever and expressed her disability to move and she was treated as inpatient in Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital in Department of Physiotherapy 4 months.As the treatment did not show any improvement she was shifted to the department of Neurosurgery and there she continued her treatment for another 3 months.As the treatment in Neurosurgery Department also did not show any improvement she was taken to Velloor Christian Medical College Hospital,as per the advice of the Doctor who treted her in the Medical College Hospital,Thiruvananthapuram.She was treted in Velloor Christian Medical College Hospital for a period of 6 months.But the treatment could not be further continued due to financial incapacity.I had spent all my earnings for the treatment of my daughter,and I am indebted to a number of financial institutions for an amount of Rs.8 lakhs and they had initiated legal proceedings against me.

While so,my younger daughter Madhumitha,while studying in Nursery,also contracted a fever and consequent to the fever,she also showed the symptoms of her elder sister Mythili and she is also bed ridden.

Due to my financial incapacity,I am not able to continue the tretment of my daughters in the Christian Medical college Hospital,Velloor and they are now being treated at a hospital in Thiruvananthapuram.

Myself and my wife have not even an inch of property as our own and we are residing in a rented house.An amount of Rs.50,000/- is required every month for their treatment.As myself and my wife are their bystanders in the Hospital,we cannot regularly go for any job.
